TEXAS HOTEL PERFORMANCE FACTBOOK
 

The Texas Hotel Performance Factbook targets every Texas hotel and motel with a thorough, completely independent listing of occupancy and revenue performance. The Factbook helps you assess your hotel/motel's performance or the performance of those you want to buy or build.

Texas Hotel/Motel Quarterly Reports are prepared on a custom basis for private clients, including the Tourism Division of the Texas Department of Economic Development, major chains and Texas appraisers.

What You Get

Four times a year you receive the latest data on every hotel you want: hotel name, brand, room revenues (this year, last year, % change), this year's estimated rate, occupancies (this year, last year, point change), REVPAR (Revenue per Available Room, with the dollar change from year ago). Results are then totaled by zip-code, by city, by Metro Area and state-wide. All properties exceeding $16,300 taxable room revenues per quarter are included. The Factbook comes in quarterly or annual, 12-month formats.

Accuracy

The unique Source Strategies database includes the Texas Comptroller files of each hotel and motel room revenues. We increase these revenues depending on brand or metro for non-taxed/unreported revenues and also estimate property ADR's (which results in the calculated occupancies). REVPAR is very accurate.
