True Share Market Report

The True Share Market Report is a monthly report based on your comp set that is emailed in Excel format. The reports come by email about thirty days after the end of the reporting month. We send it to you and can CC any other personnel you may need.

You would just need to send us one of your STR reports and we will use your property and your comp set in your customized True Share Market Report. The report does not necessarily even need to be your STR comp set, we can really use just about any custom comp set of seven hotels.

The cost is $60 per month with a 3-month minimum or $600 per year.
